HydroKleen Global developed its specialist AC-cleaning franchise in Australia. Its focus is the system inside the air conditioner: the cleaning approach, purpose-built equipment and technician training.

Common questions
The AC is running, but the room is not getting cool. Does it need cleaning?
Check that your remote is set to cooling, then tell us what has changed. We inspect your AC to see whether restricted airflow, dirty coils or a technical fault needs attention before recommending the work.
Why is the airflow weaker than before?
Dust can build up on filters, the coil and the blower fan. A filter clean alone does not reach all of these components. We inspect the airflow path and discuss whether cleaning or further technical attention is needed.
Why does the unit smell when it starts?
Deposits inside your AC or a drainage problem can cause odours. We inspect the unit to find the source and explain whether cleaning the coil, fan, surfaces and drain will address it.
What about rattling or unusual noises?
Tell us when the sound occurs and whether airflow or cooling has changed. We check for build-up on the blower and for loose or worn components, then explain the work your AC needs.
Is cleaning the filter enough?
A clean filter helps, but it doesn’t reach the dirt on your coil and blower. A HydroKleen service cleans these internal parts too, checks the drains and finishes with cooling and airflow checks.
How often should the system be serviced?
Use, operating hours, the surrounding environment and the condition of the unit matter. Homes and heavily used commercial systems can need different schedules. We can agree a maintenance plan around your equipment and site.
